A New Year, A New City

I like to start my new year off in a city I have never been before. Last year I allowed myself to be talked out of going away and I stayed very local and well 2020 was a disaster. I wouldn’t say that was an omen but despite the pandemic I will definitely be getting out of town this year. It will be done safely by being within driving distance and staying some place where I will have minimal contact with others. I have the kiddo for New Years this year and early in the year he had mentioned Breckenridge so I thought that was going to be the plan, but of course that wont be happening, but we’ll find something great to soothe our weary souls and start 2021 off right! Take time for self care to end this year and make it a habit moving forward my friends. I’m taking tomorrow off as cliche as it is, I’ll catch ya’ll next year.
