Stockholm History Museum

Stockholm’s history museum is free and open to the public. I specifically went to check out their section on Viking history.

For not having a separate Viking museum at my time of visit (expected to open 04/29/2017) their Viking collection was pretty extensive. I enjoyed getting lost in there for a couple of hours looking at each and every item as well as reading each plaque, watching each video, and listening to each recording made available to me.

I am sorry to say that I didn’t have time to check out the rest of the museum but hunger was calling.
