Our trip to Busan was wonderful. It wasn’t until our 2nd full day there that the kiddo seemed to have fully bounced back. Which means it took him about a week to feel better.

In Busan, we did some amazing activities. I had only seen things like the sky capsule and the coastal walk online. The kiddo is scared of heights so a lot is left on the bucket list.
We were capable of doing a lot of BTS related stuff though. This is good since Jungkook is his bias. Jungkook is from Busan. Jimin is also from Busan and we went to his dad’s cafe.
We visited a couple of cultural villages. We saw the temple by the sea. He even went in and joined in on the bows. We got the marshmallow ice cream. We found a lil shop for gimbop and jeon. We saw beautiful sand sculptures at the beach across the street from our hotel. We saw Doremon or Dribot as he calls him and the amazing drone show. It was the international dance festival while we were there so there was beautiful dancing right on the beach. He worked out in the park like he was in a kdrama. We went to the fish market. He picked some giant shrimp and the king crab. Then, he ate it all.
I look ahead to going back to Busan and being back by the beach. The beach always calms and relaxes me. If I don’t end up in Seoul if I moved back, I will live in Busan. Still, I am sure living at the beach would be incredibly expensive. But to start and end each day with a walk at the beach is incredibly peaceful.

Busan is a huge city. It has a ton of traffic. It can take over an hour to get from one side to the other. We stayed at the L7 Hauendae and it was wonderful!
